Using cutting-edge satellite technology, our Satellite Collars work in any location — whether in areas with no cellular coverage or places with reliable reception.

Key Features:

Powered by Iridium Satellites, the collars ensure live communication as long as they have an open sky view (not under a roof)
Equipped with a solar panel for supplemental charging, although the collar will still need manual charging, especially during winter.
Just like our standard collars, the Satellite Collars provide instant alarm calls during theft or predator incidents, along with LIVE GPS tracking during an alarm

FarmRanger’s Sheep Satellite Collars are now available at R8,350 per collar (excluding VAT), with a monthly subscription of R650 (excluding VAT). Despite the high costs of hardware and satellite data, we’ve worked tirelessly to keep the price as affordable as possible.
